Sunday 12th July – Welcome Reception:                     

The official Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception will take place in O’Reilly Hall of UCD.  This evening will provide an opportunity for delegates to meet in a relaxed environment and catch up with old friends over drinks, canapés and enjoyable entertainment.

Monday 13th July – Cèile Night                   

The Cèile Night is a night for everyone, filled with lots of good fun and great atmosphere. There will be a stand up fork supper and drinks to be had while being entertained by fantastic Irish dancing and live music.

Tuesday 14th July - State Reception:                 

A State Reception will be held in the historic State Apartments of Dublin Castle. Situated on an ancient Celtic Site, Dublin Castle was used by the British from the time of Elizabeth 1 until Irish independence. Private buses will be on hand to bring delegates to Dublin Castle and back to UCD.

Places are limited to 600 max and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis for adults only.

Thursday 16th July - Gala Dinner:                  

The conference dinner will be held in O’Reilly Hall, UCD. This Gala Dinner is for adults only. This is an exciting evening with a sumptuous 4 course meal with fine wine and fantastic uplifting entertainment programme, not to be missed.

Cost included in Adult Registration Fee only

Thursday 16th July – Youth Dinner                   

The Youth Dinner will be held in the Astra Hall, UCD. This is a great evening for all
Youth’s to get together and enjoy their night, consisting of a 3 course meal followed by exciting entertainment.

Cost included in Youth Registration Fee

Please note when registering online, depending on which registration fee you fall under, not all of the above will be available to you. Please choose the events that are associated with your registration fee.

Optional Evening Tours

Wednesday 15th July - The Merry Plough Boys              

Delegates will enjoy a night of Irish Music, Song, and Dance at The Merry Ploughboys Pub. The night starts with a three course dinner and drinks, the entertainment commences with Ireland's leading traditional Irish music group The Merry Ploughboys and All-Ireland and World champion Irish Dancers from Dublin and beyond perform a specially commissioned show. Both musicians and dancers involve the entire audience in this electric performance.

Cost: €71

Wednesday 15th July - Evening Tour to Dublin- FULL              

A private bus will leave UCD at 6pm and bring delegates to the city centre. There they will be dropped off outside the historical Trinity College where they are then free to explore the streets of Dublin and enjoy some of Dublin’s finest restaurants and sites. The coach will then return to UCD leaving from outside Trinity College at 10pm.
